We are seeking an experienced Contentious Probate Solicitor to join our dynamic team.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist our Private Client Team in providing legal services to high-net-worth clients, handling disputes involving wills, estates, trusts, and inheritance. Manage a varied caseload, represent clients in sensitive legal matters, and work within a collaborative environment.Role can be based in Bromley, Blackheath, Sidcup, or Beckenham, with a hybrid working model.Work on probate disputes, including challenges to wills, inheritance claims, trust disputes, and estate administration.
