Corporate Security Front of House OfficerJoin to apply for the Corporate Security Front of House Officer role at Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services.Find out more about this role by reading the information below, then apply to be considered.Job OverviewTo protect our customer's property, people and/or assets by providing security services in accordance with the published Assignment Instructions (AI's) and any updates.Deliver results that meet or exceed the Key Performance Indicators / Service Level Agreement for the customer, ensuring full responsibility and accountability to help retain the contract.Undertake additional training for continuous self-development.Main DutiesOperationsEnsure compliance with all policies, legal, and regulatory requirements as directed by the Security Account Manager and in accordance with UK Law.Complete all site tasks as defined in the published Assignment Instructions (AI's).Review and familiarize oneself with any AI changes and suggest improvements.Hold a valid front-line license in Security Guarding or Door Supervision, and a CCTV PSS SIA License, renewing licenses 16 weeks before expiry.Comply with legal obligations and safety requirements.Follow instructions and procedures diligently.Work systematically and methodically.TrainingComplete all required competency training satisfactorily.Undertake additional training for self-development as directed.Utilize technology for work objectives and professional development.Security and Health & SafetyReport any hazards or safety concerns immediately.Stay alert to threats and take appropriate actions.Maintain professional conduct in challenging situations.Record incidents accurately and promptly.Adhere to schedules and check call procedures.Report incidents to emergency services and Communication Centre.RequirementsPrevious security experience.SIA License.SC Clearance is desirable.BenefitsFlexible benefits including virtual GP, financial wellbeing schemes, high street discounts, cycle-to-work, life cover, share schemes, and employee recognition programs.Mitie is committed to diversity and inclusion.
