With decades of industry expertise, the business supports large-scale change programmes across lending, savings, and investments helping clients modernise operations, streamline processes, and drive digital innovation.Now part of a global technology group, the organisation combines deep domain knowledge with cutting-edge delivery capability, enabling agile, compliant, and customer-focused solutions at scale.The RoleLead the successful delivery of internal and external projects through the full lifecycleManage planning, budgeting, governance, and stakeholder engagement across multiple departmentsCoordinate virtual and co-located teams, third parties, and offshore teamsOwn project reporting, steering meetings, RAID logs, and post-project reviewsEnsure compliance with QMF and PMO standards while adapting delivery to best-fit methodologyWhat You'll NeedProven track record of end-to-end project delivery in financial services or regulated environmentsPRINCE2, APM PMQ, or PMI certification (Scrum/Agile/Change Management qualifications a plus)Strong understanding of project governance, planning, cost control, and risk managementExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including with external clientsProficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Kanban boardsNice to HaveKnowledge of the lending, mortgage, or investment sectorsExperience working in BPO or shared services environmentsFamiliarity with portfolio/programme-level dependencies and resource management
