We are currently partnered with a leading drug discovery CRO, with offices across the UK, U.S and Canada that looking to hire an Associate Director of Cellular Pharmacology to lead this well-established team.Due to several aqcuisitions they have seen exceptional levels of growth across their global teams with more growth planned throughout 2025. This position will involve overseeing a team of 19 people within the cellular pharmacology unit, with 3 direct reports. Responsibilities:Provide technical oversight across the cell biology teamDevelop a growth and development strategy for the teamSchedule work plans with agreed timelines to ensure objectives are metLine management - provide a leading role in resource management, recruitment and development of team membersRegular interaction with key stakeholders across the senior leadership teamInvolved with pitching for new business and project initiation & retentionCo-ordinate delivery of high-quality scientific data and provide direction to project teams Requirements:PhD in Cell Biology (or similar)Vast experience working in Drug Discovery within a CRO environmentPrevious experience line managing teams with oversight of sizeable teams (10+ people)Proven track record of providing strategic input into operational activities and process improvementStrong experience in directing cell-based assays, cell line generation and receptor biology.Experience in GPCR researchExtensive experience of project leadershipFor more information, please reach out to:Jack
