The Job In this role, the BA would be supporting 1000+ staff across Scotland using a variety of tech to provide award winning care – across desktop, mobile, unified comms, & video conferencing.This role will co-ordinate technical resources as well as identifying, scoping, prioritising and implementing new opportunities and digital ways of working. The main thrust of the role will be to manage & maintain existing dashboards – presenting the data to senior management 'stakeholders. Doing investigative work & finding solutions for a range of business challenges.This person will be looking after a suite of Access Group software products, assisting in the implementation of PowerBI across the business, & leading the delivery of complex software & data solutions.Working in tandem with IT, business, 'service teams, this role is central to the business as it touches on stakeholders in every business area & region.Essentially this BA role will centre around data reporting, maintaining dashboards, & technical service delivery; whilst working with Access Group & PowerBI products. This job will start as an FTC but if the selected candidate is keen to move into a permanent role, there will be a high chance of that.The Skillset / ExperienceStrong analytical abilityHistory working with or implementing ERP systems MS ExcelInterrogating & extracting data from SQL database using SQL scriptingExperience across Access Group products or PowerBI will be highly advantageousExperience of doing (data) gap analysis before, or data auditing.Knowledge of database design & creationPrevious background in third / charity sector a bonus but not requiredPlease apply with CV to be considered.
