Someone who sees a broken process, a disengaged team, a tired cultureand gets genuinely excited about sorting it out. Youll be stepping into a business that''s got big plans. The sort of place that says it wants to be best in classbut actually means it. Problem is, theres still a fair bit of work to do to get there. Thats where you come in. Youll be leading a team in a production environment that wants to change. Theres buy-in. The appetites there. They just need someone with the visionand the teethto drive it. Youll be using Lean tools to make processes tighter, teams smarter, and output better. Youll bring structure to the chaos. And yes, youll be managing peoplebut not just to hit KPIs. Youll be coaching them to care about hitting them. Theres plenty of opportunity here to do proper leadership. Not just holding people accountable, but getting them bought into the whole journey. What youll need: Ops leadership experience in FMCG or food manufacturing Ideally, a brewing qualification (think IBD Diploma or similar or show us you know your way around a brewery) You know your Lean from your Six Sigma, and youve actually used it to get results You can handle budgets, and complex employee relations dont phase you (yes, its unionised) Youre someone who takes ownership.
