Roofer - Social HousingLocation: Exeter, South-West, UK Rate: £20.00 per hour (Umbrella or CIS) Start Date: Temp-to-Perm Contract Type: OngoingWe are currently working with a well-regarded Social Housing contractor who is seeking an experienced Roofer to join their team on a long-term project in the Exeter area.Role Overview:You will be responsible for carrying out roofing works on both tenanted and void social housing properties, including repairs, maintenance, and minor re-roofing where required.
