Stores Manager Late shiftReady to apply Before you do, make sure to read all the details pertaining to this job in the description below.- Mon-Fri 1:30pm-10pm Solihull About the Role We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Stores (Warehouse) Manager to oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods.You will be responsible for managing all warehouse operations to ensure optimal stock levels, workplace safety, and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and distributing products.Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are monitored and replenished.Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to achieve performance and safety targets.Implement and improve warehouse procedures and systems to optimize productivity.Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.Ensure compliance with health and safety, hygiene, and quality standards.Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile any discrepancies.Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts) as needed.Requirements Proven experience as a Warehouse or Stores Manager (minimum 35 years preferred).Strong knowledge of warehouse management procedures and best practices.Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems (e.g., ERP or WMS).Excellent leadership and organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Relevant qualifications in logistics, supply chain management, or business are an advantage.Forklift license or certification is a plus.
