If youve got a solid grasp of electrics, plumbing, and on-site work especially with hybrid systems, Solar PV, or generators thats ideal. If not, but you come from an engineering or electrical background and can learn fast, youre still in the running.What Youll Be Doing:Full site setups and breakdowns power, water, welfare units, and moreHelping position welfare units using a crane (CPCS Slinger Signaler or lifting ops experience is a plus)Setting up power connections (16A/32A/63A) from hybrid systemsTroubleshooting power and water issues on-siteReading and briefing method statements, lift plans, and site drawingsKeeping your gear organised and your team informedRepresenting the team professionally on every jobTechnical Skills They'd Love:Knowledge of hybrid systems: Solar PV, battery, wind, diesel/LPG generatorsProgramming and remote monitoring of systemsDiagnosing faults and fine-tuning systems on-site or remotelyRequirements:Full UK driving licenceStandard hours: 8am5pm, with flexibility for overtimeWhat Youll Get:Supportive, skilled teammates and real growth opportunitiesPension planPrivate medical insuranceGym membershipCycle to work schemeHealth & wellbeing programmeOn-site parkingSchedule:Monday to FridayPaid holidaysOvertime available
