The successful candidate will play an integral part of the engineering team responsible for maintaining and optimising food production machinery and processes. Whats on Offer:Paying up to 51,000 (D,O.E) 24 days holidayCompany pension Overtime rate 1.4x 4 on 4 off (12-hour shifts) Responsibilities:Perform preventive maintenance and repair work on a wide range of production equipment, including conveyors and packaging machines.Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimise downtime and production interruptions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, safety, and product quality.The successful candidate must be familiar with process machinery or equivalent equipment.Background Experience: HNC, HND or degree in Electrical, or related engineering field.5+ years of experience in a similar role within a food manufacturing or processing environment.Strong fault-finding skillsExcellent ability to communicate with stakeholders across various levels.
