Clerk of Works (Building)Scroll down to find the complete details of the job offer, including experience required and associated duties and tasks.Venn Group is working with a growing NHS Trust to recruit a Clerk of Works to effectively support major projects across their sitesSalary: 51,500Duration: 18 monthsHours: Monday to FridayLocation: LondonThe successful candidate will:Ensure that construction projects are thoroughly inspected to meet specific standards, quality and safety requirementsConduct regular site inspections on projects at varying stages, identifying defectsMaintain accurate reports, provide detailed reports on issues and provide analysis on what corrective actions are requiredCommunicate issues to stakeholders and advise on quality standards to be metLiaise between project teams, external contractor / consultants and stakeholders to ensure seamless project deliveryInspect completed works, snag lists, and ensure that any outstanding issues are rectified before final project sign-off and handoverThe successful candidate will have:Knowledge of HTMs and HBNsRelevant qualification in construction, building engineering, or related disciplines (e.g., HNC/HND in Construction)Previous experience with construction projectsNHS or healthcare experience
