At WPO, you will be joining a team committed to improving employee wellbeing worldwide.Current Opportunity: Director of Child & Adolescent CounsellingDo you have the right skills and experience for this role Read on to find out, and make your application.Contract: 1-year maternity cover contractOnsite/Hybrid/Remote: Hybrid or remote depending on proximity to our Ealing, London office.Requirement: Must have a PhD or PsyD in clinical psychology, psychology, or related field.ResponsibilitiesManage and provide clinical oversight and supervision for the counselling team.Report to the Chief Clinical Officer and monitor program quality through reporting and quality assurance activities.Develop training materials and identify training needs.Conduct call audits and manage performance issues.Coordinate care for high-risk and complex cases.Provide clinical consultations and oversee quality management activities.Establish KPIs aligned with departmental and company objectives.Collaborate with the dedicated account manager and monitor system performance and data.Ensure compliance with local regulations and uphold ethical standards.Lead or contribute to strategic initiatives and process improvements.Attend stakeholder meetings and provide crisis intervention when needed.Qualifications and SkillsPhD or PsyD in clinical psychology, psychology, or related field; fully licensed.Minimum three years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families.Experience with international organizations and team management.Strong communication, strategic planning, and cultural sensitivity skills.Experience in clinical supervision and program management.What We OfferBenefits include gym and transport reimbursement, tuition support, health and life insurance, mentorship, CPD reimbursement, EAP, employee exchange programs, and comprehensive training.We are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, fostering a workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered to bring their whole selves to work.For more information about WPO, visit our website or watch our videos on Human-Powered Care and The WPO Global Experience.We process personal data in accordance with applicable laws.
