Their close-knit, dynamic team shares a passion for excellence and innovationmaking this an exciting time to join and make a meaningful impact.The RoleAs Head of Production & Operations, youll be responsible for directing both technical and scenic production teams to ensure flawless execution across a wide variety of events.This senior role involves hands-on leadership across production operations, from planning and resource management to delivery and post-event evaluation. Your responsibilities will include:Managing output across both technical and scenic production functionsStreamlining operations to ensure efficiency and high production standardsWorking collaboratively with creative, account, and project teamsOverseeing all health & safety processes across projects and production environmentsManaging the warehouse team, processes, and infrastructureIdentifying opportunities for investment in production technologies and equipmentSupporting skills development and identifying resourcing needs across departmentsLeading on financial management including cost tracking, budgeting, and P&L performanceAbout YouWere looking for an experienced production leader with a background in large-scale, complex event deliveryideally from a production agency or AV/events supplier.Youll have hands-on technical and/or scenic production expertise, coupled with the leadership and commercial acumen needed to manage teams, drive operational improvement, and maintain the highest levels of client satisfaction.
