This role is vital in maintaining the smooth, safe, and efficient flow of goods through our facilitysupporting the business in delivering an exceptional customer experience.The successful candidate will be a proactive leader with a strong background in warehousing and logistics, who can champion continuous improvement, foster team development, and ensure operational excellence.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and dispatch.Supervise, train, and develop a team of warehouse staff, ensuring high performance and engagement.Maintain high standards of stock accuracy, inventory control, and warehouse organisation.Uphold and promote a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with health & safety standards.Monitor and report key warehouse KPIs including accuracy, productivity, and on-time dispatch.Collaborate closely with purchasing, sales, and logistics teams to support customer service levels.Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.Ensure warehouse equipment is maintained and used safely and effectively.Manage resources effectively to meet seasonal or daily fluctuations in demand.RequirementsProven experience in a warehouse management or supervisory role.Strong leadership and team management capabilities.Solid understanding of warehouse processes, health & safety regulations, and inventory management.Experience with warehouse management systemsExceptional organisational and time-management skills.Able to lead by example and uphold Trimlines values of integrity, hard work, and customer focus.Forklift licenceRelevant qualifications in logistics, operations, or supply chain management (advantageous).
