As a Senior lawyer, you would take on complex planning and some highways matters; in a Principal role, you may also manage a small team and receive a salary supplement as listed above.Workload includes:General planning advicePlanning enforcementComplex section 106 agreementsGypsy and traveller sitesJudicial reviewThe workload will be varied as you will be working on behalf of a number of public sector clients.This role requires the expertise of a seasoned planning lawyer who ideally has previous experience of dealing with public sector work. The successful applicant will demonstrate a deep understanding of planning and highways law and have excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior planning lawyer to take on a complex caseload.
