Key Responsibilities:Evaluate OT systems (SCADA, PLCs, sensors, DCS) and identify gaps in integration and performance.Conduct Fit-Gap analysis focusing on Red Zone management (downtime, bottlenecks, etc.).Propose technology and process improvement solutions.Work with stakeholders across IT, operations, and engineering.Develop implementation roadmaps, KPIs, and reporting documentation.
