Therefore, you will be a main point of contact, handling inbound and outbound calls, promoting our range of products and services, and ultimately achieving sales.Key responsibilities of the role include:Taking inbound and making outbound calls to warm leads.Meeting set KPIs for conversion rates, activity levels and sales targets.Handling objections to encourage customer sign-ups.Manage customer emails and enquiries effectively.Taking the customer through the onboarding process using our CRM system.Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively.Your ideal experience & competencies Ideally you would have at least 2 years experience in a customer service/onboarding role or alternatively educated to a degree level. You can only excel in this role with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Being great at building rapport and relationships with your customers, adding value and always being humble.
