This role offers the opportunity to work in a high-hazard environment supporting the storage and movement of hazardous liquid products..Key Responsibilities:- Lead daily operations related to the receipt, storage, and distribution of bulk liquid hydrocarbons- Supervise operational staff, ensuring adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality procedures- Coordinate routine maintenance, inspections, and contractor activity on site- Ensure compliance with COMAH regulations and industry-specific safety protocols- Act as a key site contact during audits, regulatory inspections, and incident response scenariosSkills Required- Supervisory experience in a petrochemical, fuel terminal, or similar COMAH-regulated environment- Strong knowledge of HSSE regulations, including familiarity with hazardous material handling- Proven leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills- Technical qualifications or industry certifications in process or terminal operations desirable- Ability to work effectively in a safety-critical, fast-paced environmentFor more information contact Liam Fahey on 0161 694 9207 or email Lfahey@outsource-uk.co.uk
