Reporting into the Regulatory Compliance Director, you'll oversee a small team and ensure full compliance with UK legislation, while embedding a proactive safety culture in a 24/7 industrial operation.ResponsibilitiesLead all site-wide EHS strategy, compliance and policy implementationDevelop and deliver employee and contractor training, toolbox talks and workshopsManage ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and other relevant standards, audits, and improvementsLead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementationRepresent the site in corporate EHS meetings and liaise with regulatory authoritiesDrive performance through EHS KPIs, reporting, and management engagementOversee COSHH, PUWER, LOLER, CDM compliance and maintain emergency plansOccasional travel required to an off-site storage facilityRequirementsNEBOSH Diploma or equivalent Level 6 qualificationIOSH Managing SafelyLead Auditor qualificationProven experience in manufacturing, recycling, or waste management environmentsIn-depth knowledge of UK HSE Legislation and ISO standardsStrong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levelsFull UK driving licence and right to work in the UK without sponsorshipPackageSalary: 45,000 - 50,000 per annumCompany contributory pension scheme25 days annual holiday + 8 public holidaysCash healthcare planEmployee of the Month and Year Recognition SchemeFull 40 paid hours/week including paid daily breaksCandidate Location: Leamington Spa, Warwick, Stratford-upon-Avon, Coventry, Rugby, Tiddington, Southam, Kenilworth.
