This is a hands-on leadership role within a large, fast-paced kitchen, working closely with the Executive Head Pastry Chef to deliver exceptional quality across multiple dining outlets and event spaces.Key Responsibilities:Lead the day-to-day pastry operations across restaurants, afternoon tea, events, and banquetingDevelop and execute seasonal menus, desserts, and showpieces using the finest ingredientsTrain, inspire and mentor a team of pastry chefs and junior team membersMaintain high standards of presentation, consistency, and quality controlOversee stock management, ordering, and cost controlEnsure hygiene and health & safety standards are upheld at all timesCollaborate with senior chefs on product development and innovationContribute to a positive, supportive kitchen cultureAbout You:Proven experience as Head or Senior Pastry Chef in a luxury hotel, members club, or high-end restaurantStrong classical pastry background with a creative and modern edgeCalm and confident leading a large team under pressureExcellent communication, organisation, and mentoring skillsExperience delivering high-volume service without compromising on qualityWhats On Offer:50,00060,000 per annum, depending on experienceAdditional service chargeAccess to luxury on-site facilities (spa, gym, golf course)Free staff meals and subsidised shuttle transportGenerous staff discounts for family & friends across the estateOngoing training and development within a supportive, family-owned environmentA superb opportunity to join a forward-thinking culinary team at a destination property known for quality, creativity, and scale.Must have the right to work in the UK.
