With a refreshed brand identity and bold ambitions for customer engagement, the client is looking to strengthen their CRM and automation capabilities to support a seamless omnichannel journey.This opportunity has arisen due to maternity leave cover and offers the chance to play a key role during a pivotal transformation period. Its an ideal move for someone ready to make an immediate impact while gaining experience across loyalty, personalisation and multi-channel customer communications.The Senior CRM Executive will join a high-performing CRM team to help drive lifecycle marketing and automation initiatives. You'll build and optimise automated journeys across email, SMS and direct mail channels, support the launch of a loyalty programme, and collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver best-in-class campaigns.
