Training Centre Receptionist and AdministratorIn order to make an application, simply read through the following job description and make sure to attach relevant documents.Duties include:Reception duties of on-site Training CentreBooking in students, managing course lists and course feedbackAdministration and use of administration systems and computer based tools.Support in coordinating training schedules and additional training supportCreating reports from computer based systemsLiaising with Brand Automotive Dealerships regarding training requirementsSupporting in the booking and logistics for new vehicle launches and required training eventsPromoting training courses to the dealer networkBooking delegates onto planned training coursesDealing with Training Centre LogisticsAny other tasks as assigned by the supervisor in reasonable match with the competencies and skills required for the positionRequired qualifications and knowledge:Basic Administration Skills (for projects following a predefined process structure)Equivalent experience in Reception / Administration for training company/position, or Dealership preferred but not essential.Team player, friendly approach, very good organisational and communication skills, customer orientatedMS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, email)Very good command of English language
