Youll play a key part in shaping the visitor experience, driving sales and ensuring the shop floor remains welcoming and well-presented at all times.Key responsibilities include:Delivering outstanding customer service across various Museum retail outletsProcessing transactions using EPOS till systems (cash and card)Maintaining a clean and organised shop floorSupporting stock replenishment and general shop dutiesCommunicating effectively with customers and colleaguesMaintaining a calm, positive attitude in a high-footfall environmentShift pattern:Rolling rota: 4 days on, 2 offFull-time hours vary, including weekends and late FridaysOne full weekend off per monthStart date: 25th June 2025About YouYoure a natural communicator, confident in high-volume retail settings, and genuinely enjoy connecting with customers from all walks of life.
