In this role you will be responsible for gaining new distribution for our partners oral nicotine products by building and nurturing relationships with key decision makers within the independent convenience and wholesale channel. You will do this by... Researching and identifying prospective new distribution points through varied lead generation tactics Building and nurturing close working relationships with independent retailers to drive sales of oral nicotine products Driving business growth through effective sales strategies, delivering compelling presentations and pitches and closing deals Ensuring high levels of customer service Managing your time and territory planning effectively to maximise productivity Ensuring CRM systems are kept up to dateABOUT YOU:Essentials: A full driving license Experience within B2B or B2C sales positions - this could be either internal or field sales experience. Keen to work in a fast paced, start-up environment Great team player with an outgoing personality Manages time effectively to ensure high levels of productivity Commercially minded with a desire to hit and exceed targets Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft outlook)WHAT WE OFFER: Base Salary up to: 28'000 Commission: OTE is another 4'200 on top, however this is uncapped and we expect overachievement in many areas 5,000 car allowance iPhone and laptop 5% pension 40 per month wellbeing allowance We are passionate about growth, we aim to provide every employee with a clear development plan, with regular reviews that enable you to achieve your career goals
