If you live and breathe experiential marketing, have a strong production and logistics background, and thrive in a fast-paced environment we want to hear from you.About the RoleYoull lead the delivery of standout experiential campaigns across a varied client base, with a focus on live events, product sampling, brand activations and roadshows. From scoping venues and managing budgets to overseeing production and developing client relationships youll be the driving force behind bringing ideas to life.What Youll Be Doing:Managing and growing key client accounts across FMCG and other sectorsLeading logistics planning from venue booking to live executionLiaising with production teams to ensure delivery to a high standardRunning mass sampling campaigns and overseeing live buildsManaging budgets, POs, invoicing and reconciliationsWriting briefs, contact/event reports and client presentationsLeading on-site during events and supporting nationwide campaignsMentoring junior team members and contributing to agency growthIdentifying opportunities for repeat business and upselling servicesWhat Were Looking For:A proven background in experiential marketing/events, ideally with agency backgroundStrong logistics, sampling, and production knowledgeExperience managing live event builds and on-site executionProven leadership and team management skillsClear and confident communicator written and verbalSkilled in budget handling and financial admin (POs, invoicing)Up-to-date with industry trends and client expectationsPassionate about delivering premium B2C and B2B activationsHighly organised with a self-starting attitudeComfortable with nationwide travel and overnight stays when requiredOur client is a creative agency with big ambitions and even bigger campaigns.
