With a proactive, customer-first approach, you'll ensure client satisfaction by consistently delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations and add measurable value.Key Responsibilities:Manage and develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of retail and supplier accountsProactively identify growth opportunities and lead the delivery of insight-driven strategies that add valueCollaborate with internal departments to ensure operational excellence and flawless executionLead the planning, briefing, and reporting of client campaigns and initiativesProvide strategic recommendations and operational improvements that support continuous improvement in response to evolving client needsDeliver regular updates on account status, covering performance summaries, upcoming projects, required actions and support, as well as potential new opportunitiesEnsure all client activity is tracked and managed from booking through to invoicing, maintaining financial accuracy and accountabilitySubmit clear, timely quotations and follow up effectively to convert opportunities into live projectsMonitor and achieve key commercial targets, including revenue growth and profitabilityFoster deep, trust-based client relationships through consistent communication, support, and resultsWhat Were Looking For:Exceptional communicator with demonstrated success in influencing, negotiating, and aligning diverse stakeholdersStrong customer focus and active listening skills, thriving in consultative and collaborative account management environmentsSkilled at building trust and long-term relationships, engaging effectively with clients at all organisational levelsProactive and driven with a positive, can-do attitude and resilience to consistently deliver quality results within deadlinesCommercially astute with a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to develop tailored, results-oriented solutionsExperienced in managing budgets and achieving financial performance and profitability targetsExcellent communication and analytical skills, confident presenting data, insights, and proposals to both internal teams and senior retail stakeholdersPrevious experience working with major retailers or in account management is advantageous
