Our client is a 5 developer looking for a New Homes Sales Executive to deliver their premium product on site in Greenwich! This is a permanent role and you will be working on site on a busy sales and marketing suite.This company is a great fit if youre looking to work in a supportive but high quality environment! The developer have a great pipeline of land in the area, so there is longevity in the role.On offer is a basic salary of up to 36,500 with a realistic OTE of 53,000 and paid door to door mileage. You will be flexible to work on weekends, with Wednesday/Thursday as your days off.You will have proven new homes sales experience, sales drive and be self motivated to successfully convert leads into sales!Using your previous experience as a Sales Executive, you will manage the customer from enquiry through to exchange and completion, delivering a 5 customer journey at all times.
