Previous TMT experience is not a prerequisite.Primary responsibilities of an Analyst or Associate include:Aiding origination, management, and execution of transactions (in collaboration with the wider team)Performing detailed sector and company researchFinancial and capital modelling, creating presentations, and drafting memoranda related to marketing and executionIn your career to date, you will have accrued the following knowledge & experience:Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skillsRobust experience with and solid understanding of financial modelling and valuation principlesM&A deal experience - (TMT or Technology sector exposure is advantageous)A strong understanding of financial marketsExceptional academic credentials#J-18808-Ljbffr
