We are looking to add to this dynamic team by hiring an experienced Investment Director to join in the Limassol Office.Job Description:Identifying industry trends and performing research to identify investment opportunities in the targeted regions.Developing new relationships through brokers and a professional network of contacts and business partners.Presenting and defending investing opportunities in front of the shareholdersManage asset acquisitions and disposalsNegotiate terms and conditions with the stakeholdersPerforming the appropriate due diligence and underwriting on funds, co-investments and secondary opportunities.Cooperating along with the Finance team for financing potential investments through debts or private loansPerform financial analysis of investments and optimize portfolio performance through strategic asset managementWhat you need to have for this role:University Degree in Finance, Economics or another Degree deemed equivalent at a top UK, US or European UniversitySignificant experience either in M&A, Investment banking or Private Equity InvestmentsProven analytical / logical thinking capabilities, with a keen eye for detail and focus on resultsExcellent spoken and written communication skills, with the ability to present and express your convictions in a clear mannerStrong organizational and time management skillsFluency in English and GreekRemuneration & Benefits: An attractive package will be given to the successful candidate based on experience and skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
