This role involves managing current funding partnerships, leading new funding arrangements, supporting pricing and portfolio decisions, and ensuring robust reporting. The candidate will also contribute to the company's leadership at both the Executive Committee and Board level.Key ResponsibilitiesFunding Partner Management: Lead relationships with funding partners, chair meetings, negotiate renewals, and manage discussions.Execution of New Funding Arrangements: Oversee new funding facilities, support legal documentation, and develop key term summaries.Pricing & Loan Allocation: Support decision-making on loan allocation, optimize trade-offs between yield and volume.Monitoring & Reporting: Oversee reporting tools, improve internal and external reports, mentor team members, and lead recruitment if needed.Funder Marketing & Relationship Development: Support business development, nurture existing pipeline, and represent the company externally.Executive & Board Engagement: Participate in Executive Committee and Board meetings, present funding updates.Qualifications & ExperienceExperience in capital markets, structured finance, or related fields.Understanding of legal documentation and negotiations.Stakeholder management experience.Leadership and team development skills.Ability to operate at strategic and tactical levels, including Board and ExCo participation.#J-18808-Ljbffr
