This role involves managing current funding partnerships, leading new funding arrangements, supporting pricing and portfolio decisions, and ensuring robust reporting. The successful candidate will also contribute to the company's leadership at both the Executive Committee and Board levels.Key ResponsibilitiesFunding Partner ManagementManage relationships with funding partners.Lead meetings and negotiations related to funding agreements.Execution of New Funding ArrangementsOversee execution of new funding facilities.Support legal documentation review.Develop summaries of key terms for negotiations.Pricing & Loan AllocationSupport decision-making on loan allocation and limits.Provide analytical input for pricing strategies.Monitoring & ReportingImprove reporting tools and internal communication.Manage and develop a team of three, including training and recruitment as needed.Funder Marketing & Relationship DevelopmentSupport business development and funding pipeline growth.Engage with current and prospective funding partners.Executive & Board EngagementParticipate in Executive Committee and Board meetings, presenting updates on funding.Qualifications & ExperienceExperience in capital markets, structured finance, or related fields.Understanding of legal documentation and negotiations.Experience managing stakeholders and teams.Leadership skills to mentor and develop teams.Ability to operate strategically and tactically, engaging with Board and ExCo.#J-18808-Ljbffr
