This role involves managing funding partnerships, executing new funding arrangements, supporting pricing and portfolio decisions, and ensuring robust reporting. The successful candidate will also contribute to the company's leadership at both the Executive Committee and Board levels.Key ResponsibilitiesFunding Partner ManagementManage relationships with funding partners, chair meetings, and negotiate terms.Execution of New Funding ArrangementsOversee funding facilities, support legal documentation, and develop key term summaries.Pricing & Loan AllocationAssist with loan pricing decisions and optimize trade-offs.Monitoring & ReportingEnhance reporting tools, improve internal communication, and mentor team members.Funder Marketing & Relationship DevelopmentSupport business development and represent the company to funding partners.Executive & Board EngagementParticipate in Executive Committee and Board meetings, providing updates and insights.Qualifications & ExperienceExperience in capital markets or structured finance.Understanding of legal documentation and negotiations.Stakeholder management skills.Leadership and team development capabilities.Ability to operate strategically and tactically, including Board participation.#J-18808-Ljbffr
