Job Title: Head of Capital Markets & FundingAll potential candidates should read through the following details of this job with care before making an application.Location: LondonReporting to: CFODirect Reports: 3Role OverviewOur client is seeking an experienced and strategic leader to oversee and grow their capital markets and funding operations. This role involves managing current funding partnerships, leading new funding arrangements, supporting pricing and portfolio decisions, and ensuring robust reporting. The successful candidate will also contribute at both the Executive Committee and Board level.Key ResponsibilitiesFunding Partner ManagementLead relationships with funding partners.Chair monthly funder meetings and manage discussions.Negotiate and execute renewals and changes in terms.Execution of New Funding ArrangementsOversee new funding facilities and extensions.Support legal documentation review.Guide negotiation boundaries.Maintain summaries of key terms for future negotiations.Pricing & Loan AllocationSupport decision-making on loan allocation.Provide analysis to optimize yield and volume.Monitoring & ReportingOversee data reporting tools and external reports.Enhance internal funding line reports.Manage and mentor a team of three, including training and recruitment.Funder Marketing & Relationship DevelopmentSupport business development and funding pipeline.Represent the company in discussions with funding partners.Executive & Board EngagementParticipate in Executive Committee meetings.Present at Board meetings.Qualifications & ExperienceExperience in capital markets, structured finance, or related fields.Understanding of legal documentation and negotiations.Stakeholder management experience.Leadership and team development skills.Ability to operate strategically and tactically.#J-18808-Ljbffr
