This role involves managing current funding partnerships, executing new funding arrangements, supporting pricing and portfolio decisions, and ensuring robust reporting. The successful candidate will also contribute to the company's leadership at both the Executive Committee and Board levels.Key ResponsibilitiesFunding Partner ManagementLead relationships with funding partners.Chair monthly meetings and manage discussions.Negotiate renewals and terms changes.Execution of New Funding ArrangementsOversee new funding facilities and extensions.Support legal documentation review.Guide negotiation boundaries.Maintain summaries of key terms.Pricing & Loan AllocationSupport decision-making on loan allocation.Provide analytical input for trade-offs.Monitoring & ReportingOversee reporting tools and external reports.Improve internal funding line reports.Manage and mentor a team of three, with a plan to develop internal capability and train a junior team member within six months.Lead recruitment if necessary.Funder Marketing & Relationship DevelopmentSupport business development and funding pipeline.Represent the company in discussions with funding partners.Executive & Board EngagementParticipate in Executive Committee meetings.Present updates at Board meetings bi-monthly.Qualifications & ExperienceProven experience in capital markets or structured finance.Understanding of legal documentation and negotiations.Experience managing stakeholders and teams.Leadership skills to mentor and develop teams.Ability to operate strategically and tactically at Board and ExCo levels.#J-18808-Ljbffr
