This role involves managing funding partnerships, executing new funding arrangements, supporting pricing and portfolio decisions, and ensuring robust reporting. The candidate will also contribute at the Executive Committee and Board level.Key ResponsibilitiesFunding Partner ManagementManage relationships with funding partners.Lead meetings and negotiations for renewals and extensions.Execution of New Funding ArrangementsOversee execution of new funding facilities.Support legal documentation review.Develop summaries of key terms for negotiations.Pricing & Loan AllocationSupport decision-making on loan allocation.Provide analytical input for yield and volume optimization.Monitoring & ReportingEnhance reporting tools and internal communication.Manage and mentor a team of three, including training and recruitment.Funder Marketing & Relationship DevelopmentSupport business development and funding opportunities.Represent the company in discussions with funding partners.Executive & Board EngagementParticipate in Executive Committee meetings.Present funding updates at Board meetings.Qualifications & ExperienceExperience in capital markets or structured finance.Understanding of legal documentation and negotiation.Stakeholder management skills.Leadership and team development abilities.Strategic and tactical operational experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
