This role involves managing current funding partnerships, leading new funding arrangements, supporting pricing and portfolio decisions, and ensuring robust reporting. The successful candidate will also contribute to the company's leadership at both the Executive Committee and Board level.Key ResponsibilitiesFunding Partner ManagementManage relationships with funding partners, chair meetings, and negotiate terms.Execution of New Funding ArrangementsOversee new funding facilities, support legal documentation, and develop key term summaries.Pricing & Loan AllocationSupport decision-making on loan allocation and optimize trade-offs.Monitoring & ReportingEnhance reporting tools, internal communication, and mentor team members.Funder Marketing & Relationship DevelopmentSupport business development and represent the company to partners.Executive & Board EngagementParticipate in Executive and Board meetings, providing updates and insights.Qualifications & ExperienceExperience in capital markets, structured finance, or related fields.Knowledge of legal documentation and negotiations.Experience managing stakeholders and teams.Leadership skills for mentoring and team development.Ability to operate strategically and tactically, including Board involvement.#J-18808-Ljbffr
