This role involves working with customers to develop their business, understanding local market needs, and providing excellent service. This position offers the flexibility to run a butchery business without financial risk. Ideal candidates will have good product knowledge of all meat proteins, be self-motivated, and eager to succeed. You will be responsible for Maintaining high standards across all areas, including stock management, food safety procedures, meat displays, staff morale, and customer satisfaction.
