Our students benefit from highly qualified and exceptionally committed staff, who recognise the importance of creative and challenging teaching and high professional standards.Under the direction of relevant leadership (Deputy Head of School and SENDCO), the SEND Operations Manager will be responsible for supporting learning and teaching through the efficient and effective deployment of resources across the school. The role will complement the professional work of teachers by taking responsibility for agreed learning activities in the SEND department. This may involve the efficient and effective deployment of staff including BASE staff and Assistant Teachers within the school, and reviewing student provision on a regular basis.
