This key role involves managing day-to-day operations, ensuring service delivery standards, building strong client relationships, leading teams effectively, maintaining health and safety compliance, and driving financial performance.Key Responsibilities:Lead the daily operations of the contract(s), ensuring delivery of services, contract compliance, staff performance, safety, and financial targets.Act as the main point of contact for client representatives, maintaining strong professional relationships and identifying opportunities for service improvements and additional works.Manage and develop staff, including planning schedules, supporting performance and development, recruitment, and maintaining HR best practices.Work closely with senior management to ensure contracts meet financial goals, monitoring budgets, tracking expenditures, and assisting with monthly reporting.Promote and enforce health and safety protocols, including producing and reviewing risk assessments and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.Requirements:Proven experience managing grounds maintenance contracts, ideally with exposure to public realm or park environments.Strong IT proficiency, particularly in reporting and financial tracking.Basic understanding of financial performance within service contracts.Full UK driving licence (clean).Why Apply?This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of significant green space contracts in London, supported by a team that values collaboration, growth, and quality service.
