We pride ourselves on our ability to deliver highly effective and innovative solutions for our clients.Do you have the right skills and experience for this role Read on to find out, and make your application.RESPONSIBILITIES:Work on a mix of valuations primarily for loan security across a broad range of commercial and residential sectorsPrepare valuations and strategic advice to a wide variety of clients.Play an active role in the development of more junior team members.Be able to take day to day responsibility for execution of instructions under minimum supervision.EXPERIENCE:MRICS Qualified.Registered ValuerA minimum of four years post professional qualificationCommercial and/or residential valuation experienceExcellent report writing skillsCompetent in Excel and WordIdeally Kel and Argus competent, but training available
