This role is ideal for a creative, hands-on designer with a passion for branding, packaging, and visual storytelling. As part of our global marketing team, youll gain exposure to international marketing initiatives and cross-market projects while being embedded in a dynamic, innovative, and fun UK-based team.Responsibilities:Design and develop packaging and visual identities for new and existing consumer brandsTranslate consumer insights and retail needs into compelling, value-driven design solutionsSupport the creation of other marketing assets, including social media content, trade show materials, videos, and promotional itemsAssist in global marketing activities such as website creation and management, digital campaigns, international conferences, and other cross-market initiativesQualifications:3-5 years of experience in product, graphic, or packaging design (FMCG or retail experience is a plus)Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)A good understanding of both digital and print design principlesStrong organizational and project management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholdersCreativity and attention to detail in marketing materials and customer presentationsAbility to multitask and manage projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
