At BakerHicks, our team of Revit Technicians is known for tackling the complex problems.Providing expert solutions across various sectors, they work seamlessly within a multi-disciplinary team, trusted by our clients to deliver inventive solutions to complex technical design challenges.With extensive experience in delivering solutions using innovative design, we’re able to understand our client’s visions and support them in realising the potential of their products.As our team has grown and exciting projects have landed, we have opportunities for a Senior Revit Technician to become a member of our friendly, supportive, and creative team of Technicians to support the electrical engineering team.What you will doCollaborating with clients, other disciplines, and members of the design team, you will work together to deliver safe, efficient and buildable solutions that promote and achieve excellent service, through Perfect Delivery.You will keep up to date with design trends and ensure quality of delivery when producing or updating drawings to internal and/or customer standards.Producing detailed electrical service drawings as well as schematics in Revit/CADCarrying out clash detections of the Revit model and producing solutions to any clashes foundEnsure thorough checking and accuracy of deliverables and record documentationParticipate in knowledge sharing across team and locationsFeedback with management team to ensure achievable delivery dates and resourcesRepresent Baker Hicks in external project technical meetings if requiredReview specialist subcontractors/suppliers production BIM models and drawings for compliance with design intentAbout YouDetailed experience working on Revit MEP SoftwareHave experience in coordinating models across a multi-disciplinary design teamWant to take ownership, be innovative, use initiative and are driven by client satisfactionWhy this role?The opportunity to work on exciting and innovative projects, often with top-tier architects and clients.You will work within a supportive team with the ability to access our wider network of professionalsYou will have the opportunity to see many stages of modelling and work on some large projectsAbout BakerHicksWe’ve been innovating in design, engineering and project delivery since 1957 and operate from 14 locations for a truly European reach.
