We are looking for an experienced Digital Learning Advisor to help us continue our journey. You will be working as part of our diverse global HR Team. Working closely with the HR team, you'll identify areas where digital learning can support business needs and drive growth. You’ll create engaging content such as e-learning modules, videos, and blended learning experiences for various topics. Your role includes ensuring all materials meet industry standards while always looking for ways to improve learning effectiveness. You'll also administer our learning systems, making sure they are up-to-date and fully utilized, by developing assessments, quizzes, and knowledge checks. You'll measure the impact of learning and adjust content based on feedback and performance data to keep our initiatives relevant and effective.Interested?If you have any of the below skills, we would love to talk to you about your next career move: Qualifications in learning design and delivery or instructional design.
