So, if you’re after some tasty beer with a difference you’ve come to the right place.The RoleIn this role, you’ll ensure a seamless supply of Beavertown beers to all of our on-trade customers across the south coast.You’ll be responsible for harnessing Beavertown’s relationships with all wholesale customers on patch. This includes agreeing commercial terms with buyers, implementing advertising and promotional activity with marketing managers, and engaging sales reps on the ground to create Beavertown advocates in the trade. Additionally, you’ll be present in trade, with operators supporting stockists to bring the brand to life, as well as hunting new business with key prospects on patch.Do you have a passion for our beers? You’ll love it here.What You’ll Be DoingGrow Beavertown’s value share within your region, by supporting and developing our brands within existing customers, and proactively seeking out and winning bullseye new business prospects.A hybrid role concentrating on managing our wholesale partners whilst also leading on delivering new business through multiple operators and key regional venuesBe a custodian of the brand, ensuring Beavertown brands are executed perfectly at every distribution point on your territory.Identify customer objectives, strategies and plans, to align with our objectives and create collaborative business plans which drive mutual value.Build and deliver a strategy to deliver long term and sustainable growth in your territoryBe able to hold customers accountable to agreements madeSell our brand first, always, but also using your commercial capability to demonstrate to operators the benefits of stocking Beavertown beers.Plan and execute negotiations to ensure value for all partiesCreate new and innovative trade marketing initiatives within your customer base to increase awareness and advocacy of the brand.Utilise category data and insights to keep up to date with market trends and act accordingly, executing brand strategies in the market.Build best in class relationships with customers and wholesalers, both at head office and on the ground, by being an effective communicator and delivering on what you say you will.Track and report customer buying trends to Sales and Production management.Maintain all sales goals and personal budgets assigned to you.Create, present and win pitches for multiple pub operator tenders.Ensure accurate and timely reporting and data entry into the relevant systems.Seek out beer related educational opportunities and keep up to date by reading industry publications.Other duties as intermittently assigned by your manager.As a result of all of the above, the expectation is for you to spend 70-80% of your time in the marketWhat You’ll Bring To UsA strong background in alcohol sales focused on selling to the On Trade and WholesaleWell-developed communication and people skills; effective on an interpersonal level.Strong relationship management and sales skills.Excellent commercial and negotiation skills.Strong track record of delivering incredible results.Excellent analytical and reporting skills.A real sense of urgency in making things happen.Strong judgment and maturity levels.Excellent problem solving and organisational skills.Solid time management skills with the ability to plan ahead and manage multiple tasks.Full clean driving licenceWork independently, and also within a team, to accomplish goals.Demonstrate a passion for the industry and our brand!What’s In It For YouDiscounts on Beavertown beer and goodiesDiscretionary bonus25 days Annual Leave plus a day off to celebrate your birthday2 days off every year for volunteeringPrivate healthcareLife Assurance (X3) and Income ProtectionCompany pensionTeam and company social events including monthly lunch
