What you'll be doing: Planning and running audits (you know the drill), with proper ownership of your own portfolio. Mentoring and supporting juniors (and not just because its expected but because you actually enjoy seeing others grow). Being the eyes and ears for risk picking out red flags before they become fires. Building genuine relationships with clients across a wide range of sectors (not just chasing sign-offs).
