WHAT YOU''LL BE DOING As the General Manager of our shiny new Armagh store, youll be the go-to person for everything from operations to energy. That means: Running the show: From recruitment to rotas, training to team motivation youre the one making it happen. Serving up standards: Youll ensure our pizzas leave the oven looking and tasting amazing, every single time. Driving performance: Hitting sales targets, managing costs, and chasing down KPIs like your bonus depends on it (because it does). Championing the brand: Youll live and breathe the Four Star values honest, generous, curious, and unapologetically human. Creating a culture: Youll build a workplace where your team feel valued, motivated, and maybe even a little bit pizza-obsessed. WHO YOU ARE Youve got experience managing a food delivery or retail business ideally pizza or fast food. Youre cool under pressure, brilliant with people, and always up for making things better. You know how to lead a team , spot talent, coach for performance and celebrate the wins. You''re passionate about quality , whether thats dough made fresh every day or how your team greet customers. And if youve opened a new store before? Even better.
