Escape Recruitment Services Commercial Division are working on behalf of our client, a successful and well-established manufacturing organisation based in Livingston. They are offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of customer accounts, building and maintaining strong relationshipsProcess customer orders and track them through to deliveryAllocate stock accurately to customer ordersProvide customer account reports and forecasts to internal stakeholdersCollaborate with internal departments throughout the order lifecycleResolve issues promptly, providing effective and customer-focused solutionsBackground and Experience RequiredProven experience in a similar role such as Customer Administrator, Sales Administrator, or Account ManagerBackground in a fast-paced manufacturing, supply chain, or distribution environmentStrong customer service and relationship management skillsExcellent attention to detail and high level of accuracyConfident IT skills, including MS Word, Excel, and experience with CRM or ERP systemsClear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
