Due to the reputation of the provider, your ability to increase the profitability of the service whilst not jeopardising the candour of care you have to its residents, will be paramount.You will be able to demonstrate your capability to work with the local community, to be the home of choice. Whilst also showcasing your focus on delivering fantastic resident care. Due to the nature of the role, you will be able to articulate the importance of people development and how this will have a positive impact on the service.
