This roles requires a really big hitter with a strong contract catering background and a passion for developing the business.My client is one of the leading Contract Caterers and are recruiting for this busy contract consisting of multiple retail outlets and extensive events business. This role isnt for the faint hearted, you will be responsible for a catering operation with an annual turnover in the region of 5m.
