Our client values their commitment to giving an exemplary experience to its residents and team alike, which is reflected in its 5 awards which are recognised throughout the sector.The purpose of the role is to support overall day to day operations of the remit through the organisational strategies and to support, mentor and guide Branch Managers to drive KPI's to deliver on providing high quality care.Key pointsWill be expected to be visible across all branches within the remitCandidate must have expert CQC knowledge and the confidence to manage a team of Registered ManagersMust act as a support system and mentor for Registered ManagersDrive KPI's and overall performanceMust be able to implement a high level of quality and compliance across the geographic areas ensuring that the level of care exceed that expected from its service users.As the Regional / Operations Director you will be expected to drive performance around delivery of quality care, governance, staffing, recruitment, , promoting excellence etc. It's important you're able to recognise indicators of poor performance and act quickly to remedy them as well as work systematically with Branch Managers to develop and deliver each branches business plan.This is a great opportunity for a Area/Regional/ Operations Director who is looking to engage with a provider whose presence is renown to the sector and is looking to put a stamp on the service.If you think you have the transferable skills needed for this position, please apply today!RequirementsExperience working as an Multi site, Regional Support Manager or Regional Manager within the healthcare markets this could include Consumer Health, Community Care and Primary Care Sectors.NVQ level 5 ManagementYou must be commercially driven, and be able to evidence operational successGood relationship management skillsExposure to and compliant with CQCPassion for the care of elderly people (essential)This role is to cover service users across Somerset, Gloucestershire, Worcestershire and Wiltshire in England and Monmouthshire in Wales . The Main location is based in Bristol where would be expected to work for 3 days a week, the other days would be on the road building relationships with external stakeholders and meeting new clients.Interview Process The interview process will be in a two-stage format, with both stages being face to face.Summary My client is seeking an ambitious Regional Manager/ Director for a Homecare Provider based in Bristol.
